"We visited your impressive showroom in Moorabbin and were pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and the price of a proposed replacement unit. Naturally, for a purchase of this magnitude, we checked other nearby outlets for price, but none came even close to your advertised price. A problem emerged with regard to delivery the next day, as the delivery schedule was fully committed, but your staff very obligingly noted the urgency of the situation and arranged for the new unit to be delivered. Before we even arrived home there was a message on the answering machine from your dispatch office advising that the delivery would be made between 12 noon and 2pm the next day (Saturday). At 1.10pm your truck arrived, the new refrigerator was quickly and expertly installed, and the old one removed. I was pleased to see that you deliver your products in your own truck, properly fitted-out for handling heavy goods and staffed by a helpful and courteous employee, as opposed to rough and ready contractors so often used by other organizations. In retrospect, it is apparent that all the above are the reason why you are still in business after so many years.”
