All products sold by e&s come with warranties provided by the manufacturers.
Proof of purchase MUST be presented.
Refunds
Where the product you have purchased is not of merchantable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose; or does not match the description or sample provided; you are entitled to a refund.
Proof of Purchase must be provided to receive a refund.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You do not automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind or making an incorrect purchase.
Goods that have been unpacked or installed can not be returned unless the product you have purchased is not of merchantable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose; or does not match the description or sample provided.
Any refund must be made using the same tender type as the original purchase
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE OVER $200. A cheque will be raised at the support centre and sent to you by mail.
Back Up Plan Cover
A Back Up Plan can be purchased to enjoy your product with certainty that it is covered for a specific period of time after the original manufacturer's warranty has expired. It is a warranty and service offer provided by e&s to for the products we sell to give you further peace of mind.
